Cool, but tiring.
Last weekend was marvelous!
Friday night was at client’s event, drink, drink, drink, talk, talk, talk. Fun time! But the coolest thing was thrilled by the elevated parking. Called me ‘jakun’ what-so-ever, but it was my first encounter, really. I was curious at first when the parking attendant asked me to take the lift up to 4th floor. But as I entered, I finally got his point. Never too late still, I managed. So I drove into the elevator and went up to the visitors parking. Phobia? Umm…a little, perhaps. I’m kind of stunned. It was so cool, and I heard there are only a few buildings in KL having such parking due to space constraint.
Saturday morning, woke up & rushed myself getting ready to see the ICU Dance Championship at Times Square Convention. Well lots of participants, local and abroad, young and old. Astonished by their gracefully dances ~ the waltz, cha cha cha, rumba, jive, hiphop, and etc. I think I like Jive, fast rhythm fast moves. Good work-out. (Of coz, I’m still into salsa… planning to drop by Salsa Havana this coming Friday since I missed yesterday.) Oh, nearly forgot their dressings! It was so CUN, especially from the international dancers, the tux & gowns are terrific….extraordinary from those we normally see at weddings. Plus, these people quite good looking too!
Sunday before dawn, waken to the door knocking call, time to get ready to the land of famous siew-pau. Went back to pay tribute to my grandparent at their graveyard home. It was many years since I last went. More than five. The weather was hot, we sort like having summer picnic over there. Glad there are ice cream vendors biking around to reduce the heat. My skins got darken a little, and I am totally exhausted. But I’m glad I went, recollect memoirs I once had. And spending time with distance relatives and got acquainted with my mischievous nephew.
That’s my weekend. How was yours?
