My Trip

Back from Macau/Hong Kong, stepping into office just yesterday. And guess what? Got chased from friend where’s my blog for the trip…. Calm down brother. Give me some time to breathe ok…

So, here’s for you and the rest who have been asking about my trip being. Truly awesome! 6D5N and we survived both countries. Completed our “Double S” mission ~ sightseeing & shopping as planned out. Great, great, great… but overwhelmingly tired, especially our feet for miles (or kilometers) of walking. And I love their MTR system… so conveniently for travelling. M’sia step aside pleasee…

If only I had more days to spend, shopping is definitely not enough. Having spent 4 days in HK… we went to the Peak, Madame Tussauds, Wong Tai Sin, Poh Lin Nunnery, temple street, ladies market, Lan Kwai Fong, central mid-level escalator, SOHO, Big Buddha at Lantau island, Harbour City, and not forgetting the Avenue of Stars for an enchanting symphony of lights & sounds. Also went Disneyland with my brother & his friends and sipping red wine at the Knutsford Terrace with some companies’ chairman, who offered me a country manager post in Vietnam for online-publishing. Hhmm… tempting isn’t it?

And in Macau, of course we wouldn’t miss out St. Paul Ruins. That’s a prominent landmark dude. Ate famous Portuguese tart & bought some almond cookies back. Went checkout some casinos – Lisboa and the new Grand Lisboa, as well as Sands. Wow! Fallen in love with their beautiful neons exterior. Interior wise not bad too… ada class la, especially at Sands. It was like entering a VIP club. Ohhh….. and I got my passport checked there. Together with the guards we had a good laugh, for one of his pal thought we are underage. Hahahahaa…..nothing uncommon.

Ok, overall bought quite a lot of tops back, and bottoms, including a pair of fad shoe. And some cosmetic items ‘coz Sasa is so damn cheap there. Ask if I enjoyed my trip? YES, I did. Just that, a bit disappointed for not able to satiate our stomach with food we wanted to eat; those food which are synonym in Hong Kong.

So this is all about my trip! I’ll be back, Hong Kong!! Muahahaaahaaaa :D

My first time

Approaching figure three zero, believe me, this was my first. Been many times to clubbing, but not rave. Something sure gets in the way whenever I wanted to go for one. Those were the days.

So, finally we made it there. Reminiscing back then in college, we, the ar-lui ar-lui sekalian gather again to party, this time to the UV Nation at 1U rooftop recently - me, Jen, Ju, Pei Li & auntie Chai Cheng (sorry for such addressing lui…errr..but, that’s the term for married lass…hahaha). We were really looking forward to the rave.

Unfortunately, the rave sucks. Damn organizer making big bucks but never provide good facilities to hyping up the rave. Not only us but I think for most who had gone to the rave would agreed it’s a yucks event. And it’s so borr…rriinnngggg.

Nevertheless, it was a good bonding experience for all of us luis. We had had so much fun making jokes and mastering shuffle dance. Haahhahaha…. only on slippery floor for most of us.

Now into Wednesday, some of us are still recovering. Some of us were sick that day, and then some of us are sick now. I’m one of the latter. All of us are tired, with body aching here and there. I guess probably it is due to biological factor that we no longer young for heavy duty party… but it was fun to do it once a while. What’s more fun to hang out with a bunch of cool good luis, rite?
