Where are you & where you are.
Grudge. That they have plenty to do. That they have not enough time to do. That they don’t know anything about it. That they totally have no idea to start it.
If you have plenty to do and you have not enough time to do, then please look into it. Please assess your time management and prioritize. You still need to get the thing done nevertheless. Maybe, just put in some extra hours will do. And if you ever stay, accomplish your staying purpose. Not for the function of helping others to accomplish their plenty to do. And then you come around with having not enough time to settle own plenty to do.
If you don’t know anything about it and you have no idea how to start it, then please look into it. Please assess your role and think ahead. You still need to get the thing done nevertheless. Proactive is the key. Just like a baby, no one taught them to walk. They start by crawling, then standing follow with taking gradual steps. Learn to walk. No one tells their bosses that they don’t know how to start a new task.
Either that’s a true-self lacking of such skills or a camouflage to escape responsibility, it doesn’t matter. At the end of the days, you will be where you are still now. That if you ignore to look into it. That if when the learning stop, the progress end. That if the path chosen.
