Chinese New Year Hair
Norm is that New Year, new hairstyle. And I had got mine from Bangkok. I think so far, if there’s no wrong, it’s only me & Jenny has got it covered here, KL & PJ. Just us, with shiny strands tied to our hair.
Friends who were recently been to Bangkok, Chiengmai would have known that these shiny shiny things are now ‘in’ over there. Hmm, not sure if the wind will blow south to our country, maybe yes, another few months wait or maybe no.
I must say, both us catch many public attention ever since we are back, as though we are from another planet. Jenny is happy with lots of people complimenting her cool hair look, so ‘yeah’. Me too, lui. Worthy spent.
Wherever I am, people are asking. Encircle me like a specimen, studying the shiny shiny strands. Flooding me with plenty of questions - “How you did it, is it real hair, coloring or highlighting, where can they get it done here” and the list goes on. Few incidents while shopping at MNG, Jusco, etc., the staffs just couldn’t believe their eye, ask my permission to come for closer look & even touch my hair. Hehehehe… I found it so weird lor.
Now, maybe so many encounters already, we started to get a lil’ bit bored being in the limelight. Guess what Jenny been doing to her hair? She clipped and temporary hide them underneath. But then, we must agree that these shiny shiny hairs really look awesome when we were at Bar Club last Friday. They glitter when the lightings shine on us. Really ‘yeng’ hehehehe…. So, when’s next partying lui?
15 strands total, fallen out 3. As day goes by, they fall. Wonder if they could last until CNY? Maybe not so much left by then, but will still once again be interviewed by relatives & long-time-no-see friends. So, if y’all have read it here… try ask no more when we meet ok
And so here I wish everyone a very happy & prosperous Chinese New Year. Gong Hei Fatt Choy!!
