CNY this year
Few days into the golden rat year, celebrating CNY. The mood nowadays not as festive or fun anymore, for me at least. Perhaps as one grown up, it just gets bored. Getting new clothes can be anytime, not only for New Year. Probably due to busyness of work upon back from Bangkok, has got me no time for festive thinking. Browsing back my last year blog, this period… I realized I was busy before, for the same client again, this time on a crossover, following up with event next month. Lucky that I got it delegated. A lots been delegated out recently. Just too much in hand to be fixed alone with the overly-increasing-work-demands. Trying to hand off the old scopes gradually, and preparing for upcoming transition later.
Nevertheless, I like CNY for the gatherings. With family, relatives and friends, makan and fun chit-chatting, plus a little bit gambling. This year New Year, unveil the closeness and respect that someone got for me in his heart. I couldn’t believe that he can remembered things I’ve said or done when we were young then, which I could barely remember myself. Never know I have such a deep impact in you. Thank you my dearest nephew, who has left to Melbourne yesterday for study. Keep up your good look & study, take care… definitely missing you.
And while waiting CNY to be over…now, I will eat puas-puas all my favorite food, including crab ‘coz no more biting hard stuffs after this. 2008 is like a year of courage and losing weight. Hahaha…. 2 giant missions is soon to kick off!! Firstly, be braving myself for orthodontic treatment at last. All along, has been very scare of pain,…but it’s still not too late to rectify. I look forward to find my big smile, wondering how it would look like. But meantime, please stand with me with braces ya. Secondly, will be the challenge to conquer Mount Kinabalu. The hike is set end June, everything is booked. Be getting the gears later but for now, need to start off training to build up strength & stamina. Stop procrastination!! Hai, hai, isshoni ganbaryo… oooshh!!
